Illusion Connect takes place in the Dream a parallel world that is full of mystery and danger. The Dreamworld exists in the same dimension as the real world and as both worlds are mirrored events that take place in one world can affect the inhabitants of the other world.
There are two types of beings who exist in the Dream the Radiants who strive to protect humans from the power of both nightmares and dreams and their enemies the Nightmares who wish to destroy mankind.
